Hey everyone,
I am very pleased to tell you that I managed to "fix" one of the new buildings that FHI added. It was not working in game, and if you tried to build it it would not develop. I managed to fix this issue by simply copying the class file of another, similar skyscraper and linking it to the layout file and model sgbin of the new building.
Also, here is a very nice video by diScOpOlis that showcases the building and also shows you where to find it in the office menu.

The new building can be found in the office menu, and has the same attributes of many other large office buildings. It should be compatible with all versions of the game, however I have only tested it with 2012. Thanks for reading, and I hope you like it.
