Welcome to NUNAAT COLONY in South Grønland

This small colony is located on South Grønland, the whole town is sorrounded by snows, heavy ices, frozen mountains, glaciers, incredibly blue waters and amazing beauty landscape views all hours.
The Ancient Nunaat Colony was founded by viking tribes at 986 ac, mantaining this small town isolated from the world for 600years for its very hard and inhospitable climate.
In 1524 ac a group of Icelandic fishermen arrive at the Nunaat Fjord attracted by marine resources, whales, abundance of fish, polar bears, seals, sea lions and many polar species, finding a place of incredible beauty despite its climate (in summer -15°C,5°F and maximum 5°C,41°F and at the winter temperatures can reach -45°C,-49°F and maximum -10°C,14°F) even so, new humans refunded the old viking colony as Nunaat Colony of Grønland, beginning The Colonization Age (currently 1524 ac).

    Colonizacion Age.

In 1524 ac. the new settlers stayed in the same area where the old vikings hd founded the old colony, in the right side of Nunaat Fjord, between Søhøjlandet Mountains, a base of perpetual ices and in the front of the great glacier Jakobshavn passing the waters of the Fjord.
Currently the settlers mantain a stable population of 248, mainly dedicated to precious leather trade, underwater fishing and exploration of the area. They also mantain contact with many other communities in the polar zone.
