This model is mostly based upon the 277 Park Avenue, the 43rd tallest building in New York City, but it is not an exact copy. I got inspired by it and then went a little bit creative and changed a few things.
The following image is the one I got inspiration from.
It can be placed over the water. It also doesn't have the NOZAC problem, meaning that it will not appear automatically, only if you place it.
