Version 1.2 notes:
1) It corrects a bug that doesn't allow to deploy roads on water. Now all roads can be built on water.
2) It allows to have optional roads (historical, derelict, country) added to france, german and american roads.
In any case, german, france and american players needs to install the mandatory base pack.

Version 1.1 notes:
1) It corrects a big visualization bug in the national roads (france, german...) that appears when u install RER.
The reason is that the national road sets layout files has references on empty.layout files in default roads instead of their own existing empty.layout files.
2) It allows to have optional roads (historical, derelict, country) added to france and german roads.
In any case, german and france players needs to install the mandatory base pack too,...
