Tokyo's Shinjuku Park Tower meets Kuala Lumpur's Pavilion Mall.
The result? An awesome office building with a shopping mall, business hotel and also elite residences!
I did it all from scratch

Building specs:
Building Type: T4 Office, Business hotel, Retail, Elite - the building produces all three resources. It is also home to elite citizens (this does not appear in the building menu, though).
Base dimensions: 180x120
Triangle count: L1, L2, L3 3757 triangles; L4 134 triangles
Menu location: Industry > Offices > Exceptional > Custom Content
Uses all maps (including lightmaps - thanks Montoto!)
