  1. L4 texture fix; menu location changes

    Version 1.1 changelog:
    • Improved L4 texture to look similar to L1, L2..
    • Changed menu location to Custom category
    • Fixed minor untextured part of the building.
    • Removed streetlights, which caused unrealistic glow on building while using Realistic Streetlights mod
    • Reduced triangle count of L3 by 1153 (from exceeding 3144 to 1991!
    WARNING! The building of 1.1 version is an addition. You can build both 1.1 and 1.0 versions buildings. I recommend demolishing old buildings and replacing it with 1.1.
