    * Improves city accounting
    * Adds 5 tokens of all trade items.
    * +1% firm sell price
    * Gives additional money based on how your city is doing, how balanced your budget is, how big your private job sector is, with metropolis cities this can be few millions more on top of the default million, but not so much in tinier cities
    * Menu location: Commerce > T4/Exceptional.
    * Construction cost 250 000

    INSTALL: Place file in in games paks or paks/mods folder

    UNINSTALL: Delete the building from cities until remove the patch file.

    This is a VERY good mod that lets me help my cities get going, but produces too many resources when the building is used for cosmetics. Can we get a mundane version? That would change my vote to five stars for sure.
