This is a T1 retail building, Ultra tune - Auto Service Centre.
It can be found under T1 retail, Custom Content section. It provides a small increase in greenery, just like the ford car dealer, produces retail and consumes manufacturing not agriculture.
All 4 LODs and textures are the same as the T1 specs.
