  3. Its becoming harder each month to keep this site floating on the web. As Adsense money is now four months apart, I'm covering the rest of the monthly bills.
    There's been a handful of donations which help a little but more regular donations are needed if this site is to stay alive.
    I know it's tough for everyone but if you can spare a little it would be awesome.

    hello!

    Sorry for the long absence; I'm afraid real life leaves little time for hobbies...

    Well now I have some spare time and I want to go back to modding. Hopefully there are still enough CXL fans out there to makes this worth it.

    Anyway, this is a simple W2W building that I finished a few months ago and I never released. It is based on a similar office and department store in Barcelona.

    It provides T2 office, retail and business hotel resources.

    Well aitortilla, if there is still people around CXL is because of modders like you or Monty. So yes, it is obviously worth it. We all respect the real life priority and we can only be so thankfull that you still find the will to share all of the amazing contributions you gave us over time.
