A small image I created that I use for reference X Y positions, when placing objects manually, like trees or other furnitures.
To use just work out the base size your working with and half the coords. This example 80x80m base.
Some may find it useful - most will probably not - 3d max users can just use the cxl layout tool. This is more for none 3d mods.
