    Four stars! I think this is the better city of yours so far. I like the road layouts for your suburbs, as well as your highway network, they are very well done, splendid job!

    The harbour, the airport, and also the CBD have some weaknesses, though, they are not ad detailed as others by other players

    Also, it's always good to have some little story ;)

    Ya know, I almost gave this city 4 stars but i have to give you the full 5 for the effort, I think you have the highways down, you could just work on making them a little tighter in my opinion. Nice road layout overall, the city seems to flow pretty smoothly, although the bridges over the wider part of the bay seem a little excessive. I do enjoy the industrial areas and suburbs. Attractive layouts there. Maybe a little more of the seawalls in the industrial ares to blend it in with the harbors a little more and your good to go. But even without all those suggestions, nice job, its good to see the map filled and balanced nicely.
