      I agree with you.
      But to put characters is a considerable work. It is necessary to create an animation on the trajectory of the wheel and to synchronize it with the rotation of the nacelles which turn on itself and with the rotation of the wheel.
      And the result would be still strange, the characters never leaving the wheel. And if we want they leave the wheel....
      Furthermore, this accurate work would be appreciated only by few people. Most of people are interessted only by very big and very high buildings; The detail does not interest them. I made some animations in the precedent modd: only one feedback.
      And, last but not least, I work with 3DS MAX 2014 whose animations are not usable by CXXL.
      But I gree with you.

    Excellent upgrade of the old small ferris wheel in the Culture section of Leisure. I love how it automatically upgrades older versions built before this update. It is more beautiful when the wheel turns and it looks great at night.
