    Great tool!
    For anyone building while paused, you need to unpause for the ruler to "build" and then also get the circles.
    Hope that helps! :)

    It seems like a great tool, but now I've got a giant rule over the city. Not good.

    click the ruler and hit the delete button on your keyboard
