They are ingame, but you need to use an unlocker. After that find them under beach pack → residences.

 

I need Kipate's Drive-in , train bridges and french castle toturials and they are deleted on XLNation somehow.

Are there a mod increasing the number of bus and metro stops? The one here in XLN is for CXL2011 only. I need for 2012/Platinum or does 2011 version work?

I hope this isn't too irrelevant, but I want to ask a question regarding these apartment highrise mods from SCCN:

Since SCCN is an all Chinese site and it is impossible to sign up for a membership without submitting it in Chinese, I was hoping someone would be so kind as to submitting the files themselves here on XLN for us non-Chinese members despite the fact that it may not be their own work. That would make things much more convenient, otherwise there may be no other possible way to retrieve the files. Thank you.
