Cities XXL Changing road type in an existing city

    Hello, is it possible to change the road type after a city with a particular road type has been built?????
    If not, then is it possible to change the traffic from right hand to left hand on a road type (except the british road type)
    I like the textures of french road but want left hand traffic on it like in the british roads, is it possible?
