    That tool to detect patch conflicts is obsolete. Any mod that shares files will appear as conflicting even when they work perfectly fine togheter.

    Check the log file instead, it may give you a more accurate clue about what's wrong with your game. Did you install/use before the game started to crash? when exactly does the game crashes?

    Previously, I experienced the same situation(all my cities were deleted), and reinstall the game approx. 2 months ago. Last week, when I post these post series, it happened again. I will check the log file, but where is it exactly?

    Looks like there is a problem with a map mod, try to identify the patch file and try running the game without it. The name submcoast_01 may give you a clue.
