Buildings Could someone Pleazzz make a leisure/anti-pollution mod/building????

    There was an anti-pollution mod bldg. that also provided high leisure in XL. In XXL the pickings are scarce. I play more to quantity, not quality. My XXL city has 11.3 million. The leisure alone is killing me as well as pollution. If someone could pleese make this mod or modify the XL one to work with XXL. That'd be great.
