Cities XXL Delete Megastucture

Hello,
Is it possible to remove a Megastructure? I don´t have enough resources to finish the building and it's quite awfull to have this big building under contruction in my city.

As far as I know, you can delete, but if later you got enough resources and decided to build again, you can no longer build the same megastructure.

Better use some mods that make it easy to plop and re-plop as many times you want.
for XXL: Changes - Blueprints as decorations (XXL)
for XL: Buildings - Blueprints as decoration
