CXL Platinum Farmland restriction

    Hello.

    Since around one week I have a problem with the farms.
    The standard-version of the game restricts thinks like farms, oil, etc. to some certain areas on the map. Already long time ago I found a way to remove this restrictions.
    Suddenly one week ago it start to occur again in a city I'm working on. Sadly I forgot how I removed the restrictions before.
    Does someone know how it can be achieved?
    Kind of stucked on the progress because of this =(

    Before you select a city to load click on the oil pump icon near the upper left corner.
