    Are you using XXL or XL? I get that same problem in CitiesXXL. I think it something to do with a game engine error with graphics. When you rotate the camera and angle does the problem seem to follow you where ever you go with the camera? But it seems to have a central point it rotates around?

    I use XL.My city was broken this problem,so so unhappy...I think your opinion is right,game engine error with graphics.Big bug we cant solve it.
