CXL 2011 Game wont start up after modds installed? Please Help!!

    l am having trouble installing XLNation_UserInterfaceMod into the game. please help. Once I install this mod it stops the game from loading. plus my building don't show up in the game. I tried installing just the content without user interface mod but it still crashes. Please Help!!! problem.png problem3.png problem 2.png . Im running Cities xl Premium 2011-2012 version. Please help
