    what about them?
    ms16 is not beeing used by "normal" mods, and the few times "deprecated" is used, it is used on purpose
    but i forgot about ms18 :oops:

    I agree it's not the most important point, it depends of the mod. Few old mods are multi updated version; some others are coded with class file from old mods used as template. As I have see MS16 tag appear sometime and sometime you have also the MS18 on the tag line...

    Not sure why this? most mods are already xxl compatible.
    maybe re title it,OldMods or something.

    I just hope it won't be anarchy with people who convert and diffuse mods without asking authors agreement.

    sure, we could also bring back the old ui... but that wont happen, so we gotta adjust mods... however, there are enough mods that are not compatible... we talked about this in chat and agreed that this is a good idea to make it happen... but im still pretty sure i forgot to explain a lot of stuff in the tut...

    I'm not convinced. But maybe it's just french pessimism because disrespect is a real pain in France. The idea is good.

    you can always say that you dont want your mods to be edited or let em delete from xlex ;) its still your stuff
    edit: i can also add this to the tutorial if you want

    I agree but not only for the same reason, I think this can cause problems because some people will modify the code without knowing what they are doing and upload it online without real bug tracking capabilities...

    For modding, imo, the best 1st basis remains :

    But it depends of the mod, this tutorial can be useful for simple mods conversion like simple buildings...

    edit: @Kankrelune and supersnake; i agree, maybe this whole thingy wasnt thought through... but actually it is only thought for simple building mods of inactive modders... but hell knows what people will do in the end

    casino pack is in the entertainment leisure, at this time there is no point You converting it as the interface not add yet by Altiris
    when Altiris add the interface button it would available there..and also the other mods
