mods still showing in game

    I removed all mods from game files, but they still show in my game. Could they be hidden somewhere that I missed? I removed them from my comp completely, but they still show up? Should I remove the game from my pc and re-download?

    XXL? steam will reload them unless you unsubscribe them.
