    Quick simple request:

More "unskilled worker" high rise residences/apartment complexes, and making them a little fancy would be good, despite the fact that they're for unskilled workers, cuz it's hard to use the ugly buildings in the T3 & 4 unskilled worker building selection in nice areas like downtown areas and such, esp when plenty of unskilled workers are needed.

Also, I have a plan in mind, but before I reveal it I must ask; is anyone gonna undertake the San Francisco Victorian style "Painted Lady" house project I requested? I need to know before I present my idea/plan.

Since no one is answering, I will assume that means no one, so here's my plan/idea:

I will be willing to donate $10 to the site if someone will be willing to make the San Francisco Victorian style "Painted Lady" house project and the Palace of the Fine Arts.

Paying for mods isn't allowed, which is what this is.

If I remeber correctly, you can get any tools for free that you need for modding.
Of course this is hard to learn, but maybe you will find your time to do it stepwise
and hence can yourself shorten the time until the Victorian Houses of SF become
modded reality (o_O what's that term?)...

I found some textures for some of the buildings on my list if you're still interested (it's entirely up to you whether or not you choose to make them and whether or not you want to make them all, although if you did it would be much appreciated):

SF Victorian style "Painted Lady" homes:
Palace of the Fine Arts, San Francisco:

Other San Francisco landmarks and other buildings I'd like to add to my list for you or anyone else who may be interested in making them:

They're sketchup models, not textures. You should have a look at aitortillas tutorial on how to import sketchup models into CXL.

A new request: more and better parking lot ground textures to fill in open areas/spaces with that those squared off parking lot plots cannot since they are squared off. You know; something that will allow us to eliminate those gaps and open areas that those parking lot pieces create, or in a better sense; leave out.

There is a parking lot texture. Not sure if it's been uploaded though.

I do have one, but it's slanted and always comes out kinda wrong so I was hoping someone could make another more realistic texture.

Edit: the parking plaza mod was a beta by @skullz613 , I think...
Let's wait a bit, maybe he finds the time to finish it...
