    Since then I have improved a lot :D
    Now for your guesses, it is neither in Germany, nor in the Benelux States.
    But slowly we should come to an end of giving hints :p

    this is a bit confusing since the city is probably northern european
    it cant be the on the baltic so that rules out Sweden,Denmark,Finland,Poland,Latvia,Lithuania,Estonia and possibly Russia..
    its not in germany,the benelux or the british isles..and definetly is on a sea or ocean crossing out all the landlocked european states..
    which leaves only france and norway
    but maybe i went completely wrong with the northern half of europe...

    I think this allows for Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Russia beneath others... :)

    Argh, that is when I confound the names of two buildings standing next to each other:
    Of course it is NOT the Banco de Espana, BUT it is the Cybele Palace, still in Madrid, Spain :facepalm:

    Yeah kipate, is Madrid, very easy.
    The building is Palacio de Cibeles, nowadays Town Hall. The Banco de España building is in the opposite side of Plaza de Cibeles.
