Nope, it is on the other big island in that area ;)
Hint: the city is a bit boring, to be honest. It got a nice church,
but that would have been a giveaway. Otherwise, it may be famous for its Salisbury
    Superstore :p

hrmm okay, how about Ipswich? That place seems to be a bit boring and I found
more 'Sainbury's' store over there than the average at other areas of England

Nope. Trust me, Ipswich by far looks more appealing to anyone than the Mystery City.
A last hint: Ipswich has about 140,000 inhabitants. The Mystery City lies between Manchester
and Canterbury, regarding its population according to British Wikipedia...
So, you got a really boring city with a population between 150,000 and 500,000 people
in the United Kingdom. That should make it rather easy, given that with saying boring,
    I mean boring :p
Oh, and it has a Sainsbury's Superstore...

Well seems kipate has gone missing:ROFLMAO:
Shall we allow the last winner to repost a city to get this game going before kipate returns?

Okay, here the new Mystery City:
    Mystery_City.jpg
As some little hints: the city has a relatively large harbour, given the sea it lies next to.
What you see in the foreground may not be what you think it could be ;)
The population is slightly bigger than the one of Stoke-on-Trent (about 30,000 people more
    in the mystery city).

Get your geography together, @Pamascus27 :p
Anyone knows Montpellier does not have a large port.
It does not even lie next to the sea, only the suburbs do...
