This is Ulan Bator, capital of Mongolia.

First thing I've noticed on your photo was pretty big religious monument on the center, which made me look somewhere in far east Asia. Then based on city's architecture and it's topography I took a wild guess, that this is Ulan Bator. As a confirmation i looked up some other shots of the nuclear plant in the background on the left side.

Anyway, that one wasn't so hard

Ok, next one is a bit harder ( at least I hope so )

@Peter912 Remember, that in this thread we can post only cities with population greater than 100.000 Antigua ( no matter which one ) is far from that.

This city has a population of over 1 million citizens and is the largest city in it's country
