    That's the only Asian city with open water in the city's north yet has autumn yellow trees so far with that 330000 population....
    Of course, if it is not a tricky large river in the picture. I can't access to Google right now so just a wild guess.

    My! I've been poking around South Korea and Russia Far East for quite some time. So when ryan said it is East Asia, I had no choice but to go to the mystery North Korea.:) China? City under 1 million population is not likely :eek:

    So, not Europe, not Canada, yet a very typical English structure.
    The additional hint for you: Less famous as a tourist spot maybe, but actually it's on the largest list of its kind in the world, even larger than some of her very well-known sisters in Europe.
