    Hi all, My name is Jeff... im very new to this computer gaming and i need help from you young hard core gamers lol... I downloaded Cities Xl Platinum from steam.... it is runing ok and everything but i have no clue how to get mods for my game, every time i down load the interface (UIM) mod my pc says its not suported it just does not download.... please help me... if you have advice please explain it to me as if i were a 2 year old im really not clued up with this stuff :(
