    I used to have this mod and it worked well but now, this version crashes my game. Is it the most recent?

    I think there was another file that came with this mod.
    XLN_HW_Transport_PrivateCarParking_UIM_V0.2.patch
    I have it stored in the same folder as the other one on my PC.

    Interesting, the Cache text on the mod does not really state clearly what goes where. So unless we can clearly explain what its for I am not sure what to do

    I had a look at the cached page. There's a reply further down,

    XLNATION_HW_ParkingLotPack_V2.patch - Current version, Does not have real functionality, No pre-reqs
    PPACK_OLDVERSION.zip - Old version, requres XLN Base Tags, useful if you want to plop cars individually.
    XLN_HW_Transport_PrivateCarParking_UIM_V0.2.patch - Requires UIM, provides functionality so people park at the lots then walk somewhere/take train etc.

    The Download has been updated and now includes
    1. XLNATION_HW_ParkingLotPack_V2.patch
    2. XLN_HW_Transport_PrivateCarParking_UIM_V0.2.patch - Requires UIM, provides functionality so people park at the lots then walk somewhere/take train etc.

    I had this working this morning, but after fiddling with my collection of mods it is no longer working. The symptoms are that the graphics are still available to the game, because I can see what I placed this morning, but I can no longer place anything but the 40 x 80 lot. In fact, there are two icons for that building. Here is my relatively short list of mods. Which one could be conflicting?

    Use ether XLN_HW_Transport_PrivateCarParking_UIM_V0.2 or XLNATION_HW_ParkingLotPack_V2 but not both,
    They are basically the same mod but with different setting in them

    The note at the bottom of the page says,


    Use XLN_HW_Transport_PrivateCarParking_UIM_V0.2 if you want the parking lot to function

    Without XLNATION_HW_ParkingLotPack_V2, XLN_HW_Transport_PrivateCarParking_UIM_V0.2 does not provide any parking lots at all. I tried it just now. I had to delete all my parking lots first, because the game crashed without the graphics provided by the Parking Lot Pack.

    In the meantime, I found the culprit in the missing menu items:

    XLN_XXL_drazic_ultimate_building_water_v1.0

    That is okay, because I had never used it. Drazic's bridge default height mod did what I needed instead.

    Yeah you would have to make sure no carparks were in your city before choosing which one stays, as there's no visual difference between the mods.

    So where did the parking garages and lots go when I removed the Parking Pack? They were no longer available under Commerce Exceptional. I took that to mean that I did indeed need both mods.

    The mods notes say that the private carparks appear in the private transport menu.

    Thinks some screens of the different menu locations need to be added to the mods description to make it clear. I'll have a look at it later.

    Edit, not sure if the private one was properly tested on XXL. May have to change it's class files.

    I used the unpacker/repacker to edit the tags. I set them to the same as in the non-functional version. Even though they showed up in the menu, the game crashed when I tried to place one. Possibly the underlying mechanics for the transport version needs to be edited and I am too tired today to try to learn how to do that. Or possibly simply copying the tags wasn't the right thing to do. No penalty for trying. *small laugh*
