    Another problem. L4 texture rendered from L1 projection is very dark while in render window it is shown in correct brightness.

    This is rendered texture:

    This is how it should look (shown in 3ds Max render window):

    And one minor thing: How to avoid those dots in textures?

    Today I have finished my first house of the whole pack (finally got time for this).
    Let me know if it needs something to add. How is the bush-borders?

    yeah i always got that problem with dark l4-maps too... just use photoshop or similar to light it up a little bit
    you wont see minor differences from the distance anyway as well as those dots (dont even know what you mean cause it cant see dots ;) )
    just check how it looks in viewport
    those housings looks great and about the bushes.. id prefer squared ones as "fence", but thats just my personal preference :)

    Looks great. Will you still be doing the textures variations? I think that would make the pack awesome.
    Preferencially through the update system so that the menus don't get crouded.

    How about some wooden fences along the bush borders for as a suburban homes pack?

    Did you add a skylight?
    as for dots issue either increase the the offset value or Enable Global Super sampler Max 2.5 star option, in render to texture panel

    Wow looks perfect! The bush borders are adding it a bit more natural look and the overall result looks awesome. It reminds me of the houses here in Slovakia.

    of standard German houses...

    Excuse me i'd say that. Apologyses. The other two houses looks even more nice! ! ! ! Looks Swedish , i saw many there. Are those from wood or plates? It looks also Baltic State like to! I really like to test them! They look great! ;-) (y)

    The textures variations are excellent and we can built an entire neighbourhood around these. Well done.

    Yes you are right, I am referring to houses from Baltic States which I can see in real life.
    First is bricks, 2nd and 3rd are wooden.

    The other two will look a bit newer.

    these look nice. I really like your 5 story apartment buildings - they are terrifically well rendered and look great in the game.

    Another thing I like about them is their reduced depth - they can fit were other, even no-collision buildings don't fit. I'd love to see some T1 and T2 houses/building also like that.
