Precise Map size

    Hello, I'm very interested in the PRECISE map size.
    some say it is 10km, others say it is 10.5km.
    I personally placed residential T1 housing on a straight road across the map and managed to put 265 but almost managed to put one extra so almost 266 plots. Plots are 40 meters each, so it is almost 10640 meters. Hard to tell, but more like 10630 meters.

    Does anyone know the precise size? Or maybe can test it or tell me how to test it? Do all maps have the same size? Also, ~10630 is a very strange number.
