    It would be really cool the be able to plop houses, that also ad crime, that are government housing facilities, or projects like they are referred to as in the U.S. large urban cities like L.A. and Chicago and even Greensboro, NC have a large amount of government housing facilities. I am not skilled enough with modding to create a good mod, so i am kindly asking if a more skilled modder could create a Projects mod
