    The next time you start your city or just start the game think about what is said in this video...
    You might want to watch it two or three times to understand it all.
    It really makes you wonder.



    You can play GTA 3 (released in 2001 !!) and play a video game within the video game... hmmm

    I got what the theory is about because I saw "The 13th floor" movie. :p
