I can't find the "decoration" icon under the transportation menu. No matter what I do. I have the mod and UIM installed. I've tried launching in expert mode. Nada. Can't fins the category.
Have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Nice road signs... one problem that I wish was resolved is they can not be turned.. depending on the orientation of the road, the sign is facing the wrong way..

@garyinner You CAN turn the signs by using the Shift Key.
Similar to changing the height of bridges.
    Hope that helped...

@kipate.. I tried that and couldn't get it to work.. in fact, when I do that, the sign disappears from the screen.

Yes, it is a bit difficult to get it working.
You will need to carefully use your mouse
and try to make a rotating move.
From what you describe, it looks
like you make a rather move upwards/downwards.
I haven't tried yet to use the arrow keys to change the direction...

When attempting to rotate furniture objects, the vertical movement is more sensitive than the rotation. When you attempt to rotate the object, there is a considerable amount vertical movement to the point that the object is no longer in view. There isn't a fix for this as far as I know.
