    This review is based on nothing since there's both a version with and without collision. I think I have a good reason to dislike people who take down the average mod rating when their lower rating is based on nothing. (like Rene's ratings)

    I was screw up the max file so it won't be available..sorry :(
    well it possible only a beta but not sure if it not causing conflict because the model name was like box001

    The animation studio building in the 'Hollywood Studio's' theme park at Disney World is almost identical to the building you designed, but if I remember correctly it could be a smaller version of this original building. Maybe they had purposely built it to look the same as the official Animation Studio in Hollywood!

    Inside the Disney World Hollywood Studios Animation Building, they teach you how to draw some of the characters, and there are plenty of props and stills(frames) from many of the famous cartoons and 3D animated movies, that the Disney cartoonist and 3D animators had produced over the years!

    Just sharing a bit of trivial knowledge! ;)
