Hello!
This is the highest structure so far that I posted here. I know that most of you will not use this, the only reason that I post it here is that I am planning to make public my city "CIBERPUNK CITY". I will try to upload the city itself to a hosting site so that anyone can download it (it is about 140 mbytes). Those who want to play the city will need all the mods that I have, including this Circa 23 building, otherwise the game will crash. So here is a picture that shows the central tower:
