1. If you are going to register on XLNation, please make sure you do not use a proxy server.
    If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.

    Hello, XLN. Nice weather, huh? Anyway, one of my two cities no longer loads. The save and autosave are at the same point, and I checked appdata/focushomeinteractive/whatever, and was not able to even find that city. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way to back up my city?

    I just searched for it via the in-game "city finder," and it said "Central County (offline)." What does that mean? Is that the cause of all of this? How do I get it back online? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

    EDIT: I am using Steam, and I have not subscribed to any mods via Steam.

    I don't have a log file. When crashing, it always says something like "Windows will notify you when it finds the reason for the crash." I have never been notified. :unsure: Thanks, though.

    That is not true, there will always be a log file.

    I deep searched my whole computer. Nothing for Cities XL 2012 came up on the screen.

    try looking here:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Focus Home Interactive\CitiesXL\log
    it should be the .log file with the latest date/time stamp
