Minor update to correct bad formatting in localisation files particularly for non English Language users that was causing a crash on some systems.

V1.1 Considerably reduced file size
V1.1 Reduced texture bipmap from 1024 to 512 with no perceptible loss in quality resulting in file reduction from an excessive 21MB to a more reasonable 6MB. Delete V1.0 and replace with Version 1.1
