My "US Suburban Homes Pack" is here. The architectural style is influenced by buildings in Los Angeles (California) and Phoenix (Arizona).
Update: New buildings - now this pack contains twenty detached houses, two apartments and three retail-buildings. Housing mods provide unskilled and skilled workers in game. Screens below only show the recently added buildings!
The houses and apartments are located under: Residences - Unskilled/Skilled Workers - Low Density.
The retail-buildings are located under: Industry - Manufacturing - Low Density
This pack works well in combination with my US Downtown mods
