    I dont know how to share city files. But if that is savegame, unfortunately i deleted it. I have some old backup files with maybe 70 % of the city.

    its Kazan map.

    But the city is not functional, it has no resources, population is not balanced, economy is negative. I build my cities only for the eye. They are visual types. So you can also learn much from pictures :)
