CXL 2012 help please

    I dont think i dint have a teack and junction, just the plug tool

    Don't forget Mr.X2 advice about the pivot position. Its place is the center of the base. This is very important. There's a good explanation about that in the first tuto by Mr.X2.

    Thanks mates ill start tomorow again and let you know, i am using 2012 3ds ill download the file creator and install it in 3dsmax the pivot (gizmo?) ill put it in the middle and hope to finish the mods asap thanks again

    hi mates, used the file creator and put pivot in center, result is still not good its a bit better but still the road conection is bad

    Yes, it won't works. But it's a good beginning. You need to add a track and two junctions after the plug. Follow the tuto included in the Cities Xl Layout File Creator. The pages 2 and 3 explain how to add them.

    yeah i see... some parts of the models are shifted backwards, you need to fill this area with a base (a simple plane) (some pavement/concrete texture or so)..

    they are finisht, problem was indeed the carpet size and the track and junction.

    Hi mates,

    I have a question about texture sheet is it possible to use 2048x2048 or is 1024x1024 the max for buildings above 80x60???

    You can use any size you want. Lower sizes are for optimization and performance purposes

    jep, 2048 would be a very large texture map
