    Ive started a map but lifes a bit hectic at the moment so don't know if I'll have it done in time.

    At this time I have not seen any "maps" on the horizon so this contest is postponed/cancelled. Since the City Map Building contest needs to be on a map compatible with XL and XXL and brand-new the City Map Building contest is on hold pending a map.

    Ill see if i can get the one i started finished. Have not felt inspired to work on any maps due to stuff going on at the moment. I'm going to be away house sitting for the next two weeks but will see what else I can come up with.

    Here's a few pics of the map I'm working on. These are taken in World Machine so it might not look exactly the same as it will in the game.

    I might try and do one with some snowy mountains with a river leading into the ocean and have a few beaches.

    Found out a few minutes ago that I can now use World Machine OK on my laptop. I previously had problems clicking the OK button in one of the plugins due to it not showing on the screen. Found I can hit the Enter key and luckily OK is selected when I do.
    This means I can work on some new maps while I'm away :)

    Made a simple map yesterday. RHM works OK. I used the line tool to make the river so the edges are not deep. Only thing I don't like is the shallow bits along the edges, as the blue from the WM plugin shows through the water.

    @skullz613 For those blue bit near the edge of the water, if you are using the Extended Overlay you can change the colour to brown or tan to get it to look better.

    Here's my map I'm going to enter. I did have snow on those mountains but it looked shit.

    The mountains aren't super huge so you can have some small farming communities up there.
