I have posted a gameplay support thread in the forum. . . if anyone can help i 'd be grateful.
I have already recived valuable advise from Kipate and i am grateful. . . but we seem to have no more ideas on why i can't do the referred procedure in XXL while other players can.

I think that the image does not exceed 2 mega if so sorry I read 290 KB when the max image is 2mb, I used a program to reduce the photos to 13% if not so please explain what kind of photos can I put. the image and Edzo'm recreating a typical Italian landscape.

 

This is a very nice idea. Keep going on. I like it.

As for the image:
It is 1366x768 and 290Kb.

Size ( 290Kb ) is ok. It can be a little more. I usually post pictures around 150Kb - 600Kb.

Size is so and so. Most people nowadays will go for full HD = 1920 X 1080.
if you worn on a laptop or a pc where screen analysis is 1366x768, try megascreenshots ( shift + F11 ) and then resizing them.
If your screen works on 1366x768, the megascreenshot will be 4x times = 5.464 x 3.072. Resize it to full HD = 1920x1080.

Detail is not ok. Try to make detail better in game settings at the end when you take the photos. Megascreenshots will also provide better detail.

For resizing and basic editing like color correction i use a freeware, XnView.

 

That sounds definitely useful. . . the bulk resize especially. . .i 'll give it a try.

I assume your screen resolution is 1366x768. Is this correct?
In this case, using the in-game camera button you 'll get 1366x768 photos, no matter what.

Use megascreenshots instead, pressing shIft+F11. You 'll find the pictures in your Cities XXL pictures file, in ScreenShots. I assume the pictures will be 5.464 x 3.072.

Resize them in a 3rd party programme, like XnView or IrfanView as suggested. You need another programme to do it.

So, if you cannot get fullHD pictures, there is no issue. Produce larger and then shrink these pictures.
