    What is it that is not displaying correctly?
    Can't find the thumbnails in the menu?
    Is there a display bug with the texture?
    Is it other things?

    Yes, I can't find the thumbnails in the menu. I have XXL with all mods you mentioned to be required.

    I suppose, that you have perfectly placed the patch "XLN_XXL_drazic_DigueSeaDefense_v1.0" in the folder > C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Cities XXL\Paks\mods?

    What road nationality do you play with?

    Your first download may have been corrupted. Try to download the patch again. And replace it with the latter.

    Otherwise please check in your pak folder or your Mods folder, that you do not have an old version of the "community mod" patch in duplicate.
