So happens I been trying to edit/update some rail mods for 2 days now (just for eye candy). Didn't think I could do it but thought I would try anyway. Still trying too. No city is really complete without railways. :bash:

Lol, it is huge in CXL relations, I would say, but maybe not that huge ragarding reality:
So it happens that I have two runways (3,200 and 2,300 metres long) which allow for
parallel landing and taking-off. I also have all in all about 170 aprons in all sizes, and about
40 jetways. Also, I have parking lots for 8,000 to 10,000 cars, at least given my estimation.
Furthermore, there will soon be added a tram station to connect the airport with the inner city.
I yet have no city hall, and yet only worked on the airport, and my workers menu tells me I need about 6,000 workers, which is not that realistic, though.
So, I would opine that one could compare the airport to Munich International Airport
as well as to the Logan Intl. Airport in Boston.
Let's just hope the game will not crash :)

    Edit: your airport looks fabulous!

If your trying to go from elevated to ground or visa versa, you have to adjust height and click somewhere in between the elevation and ground. If your trying to bridge fully on the ground, it wont work.

-I find it easier to start with an elevated section and a ground section with the desired gap in between, usually about 120m. Then, fill the gap with a sloping (ramp) elevated section. I rarely use bridges as they tend to terra form and mess things up.
-First, try to span the gap with just 2 clicks (one at the ground and one at the elevated). This may work (more often than not) depending on the distance of the span. If you get "slope to steep", increase the span. If you get "foundation to low" then:
    1. click first at the bottom (ground).
    2. drag for 1/2 the span and adjust 'up' to the desired height and click.
    3. drag to the top (elevated) and click for the 3rd time to connect the ramp.
*unless the alignment of the ground and elevation section is perfect, it's best to use "curved road" option when making the connection.

Here is a tip using the same method for bridging across other roadways. It also give you control with placing the pillars.
Keep in mind the flow direction of traffic.

Still can't tell if the city of Papillon is is going to pan out for this competition -it's got a long way to go. It's a little over a million in population so far, and is taking forever to build. Like Nogerivan, I will skip the custom airport, because of how poorly the mod works on XXL.
